Bridge Financing
Our life company and debt fund lenders provide short-term capital for not-yet-stabilized hotels at various points in their life cycle. Be it a new asset that needs time to ramp, value-add acquisitions, repositioning or rebranding, major renovations or COVID recovery loans we will find the capital source that fits.
Construction
CHC maintains relationships with an extensive network of local/regional banks and national lenders to provide construction financing for projects large and small. We have nonrecourse and high-leverage construction capital available along with traditional bank options.
